my story —
I grew up with the belief that security meant having a steady job, buying a home, and earning a consistent income.
But times have changed, and I quickly realised that the old approach wouldn't cut it anymore. My income – no matter how good – was never going to afford me the life I dreamed of.
If I wanted to get ahead and live life on my terms, I knew I had to invest.
I bought my first investment property at 18 years old. I used the equity gained from that one, to purchase my next. And the next. And the next. Each new investment reinforced my belief in the incredible potential of real estate to build wealth. Each new property opened new doors.
Thanks to smart property investments, I've been able to almost pay off my home in Sydney, upgrade our car without finance, and travel to more than 30 countries— even spending 8 months travelling Europe with my wife and daughter in 2023.
According to CoreLogic data, Properties appreciated approximately 10% nationwide in 2023. That means, while I was sipping beers on the Mediterranean coast, my properties made around $385,000 in capital growth. That’s extra money I can now reinvest or pull out to spend.
